Consumer Rights under the Law of Ukraine<\/h3>\n<p>According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Protection of Consumer Rights&#8221;, the buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within <strong>14 days<\/strong>, excluding the day of purchase, provided that the following requirements are met:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The goods have not been used and have retained their <strong>commercial appearance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>consumer properties<\/strong> of the goods have been preserved.<\/li>\n<li>The presence of the original <strong>packaging<\/strong> and accompanying documentation (check, receipt, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Conditions for returning goods<\/h3>\n<p>The return of goods is possible if the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Commercial appearance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Original packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documents<\/strong>. You must provide a document confirming the purchase (check or receipt) that was issued when placing the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Exclusion from the right to return<\/h3>\n<p>Goods that have been installed or used (tires that have been in contact with the road or wheels that have been mounted) are not subject to return due to loss of marketable condition. It is important to maintain the marketable condition of the products until the decision to return is made.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Make sure that the goods have not been used, are in their original condition and are in their original packaging.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Send the goods<\/strong>. After agreement with the manager, you can return the goods to the address provided to you. The costs of return shipping are borne by the buyer if the return is made at the request of the consumer, and not due to defects in the goods.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Receiving a refund<\/strong>. After receiving the goods and confirming their proper condition, you will be refunded within <strong>7 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>6. Refunds and exchanges of goods<\/h3>\n<p>If the goods are returned in good condition, you will be refunded the goods, excluding delivery costs, if they were not paid by the store.
