1. Delivery in Ukraine

Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine by the operator Nova Poshta, Meest, Delivery or by self-pickup from our warehouses throughout Ukraine. Payment for delivery is made by the buyer (100 UAH).

The cost of delivery of the order is calculated by the delivery service (but we compensate it and set the tariff of 100 UAH for all orders). It depends on the cost and dimensions of the order. More information about the cost of delivery is available on the Nova Poshta website (link).
Using the Nova Poshta service, the following delivery is possible:
– to the branch
– to the address (choose the delivery service on the payment page)

The goods are shipped from 1 to 3 days after payment.

Delivery duration: from 0 to 14 days (the maximum predicted* delivery time, taking into account order processing, is up to 17 days)

*the delivery time may be affected by factors beyond our control

2. Payment terms

  • Payment is made to a non-cash account of a legal entity.
  • The invoice for payment is generated after placing the order and is sent to email, SMS to the phone number or notified in a convenient way desired by the buyer.
  • The buyer pays to the current account in the bank of the order (or in the banking application, if there is such an opportunity and the software of the bank in which the buyer is served).
  • In the purpose of payment, be sure to indicate the order number! (Formed after placing the order)

3. Processing and sending the order

Order processing is carried out on business days (from 0 to 3 days)

Order sending is carried out from 1 to 3 days after payment, if the goods were in stock.

The product can be returned: within 14 days, from the moment of receipt of the product, provided that the product is in its original condition (More details on the “Return of the product” page: LINK)
