1. Return of goods within 14 days

As a buyer, you have the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the moment of receipt, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. This applies to all purchases made in the online store www.cozy-art.com.ua. We strive to provide you with the best conditions for returning goods if they do not fit in size, characteristics or other parameters.

2. Consumer Rights under the Law of Ukraine

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that the following requirements are met:

• The presence of the original packaging and accompanying documentation (check, receipt, etc.).

3. Conditions for returning goods

The return of goods is possible if the following conditions are met:

• Original packaging.

4. Exclusion from the right to return

Goods that have been installed or used (tires that have been in contact with the road or wheels that have been mounted) are not subject to return due to loss of marketable condition. It is important to maintain the marketable condition of the products until the decision to return is made.

5. Procedure for returning goods on the website

6. Refunds and exchanges of goods

If the goods are returned in good condition, you will be refunded the goods, excluding delivery costs, if they were not paid by the store. If the product turns out to be defective or does not meet the specified characteristics, www.cozy-art.com.ua will also reimburse the costs of return shipping.

7. Guarantees

The guarantee is provided for 14 days from the moment the buyer receives the product, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
